Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru HSR layout for a Sports Physiotherapist. The Sports Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat sports-related injuries, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and advise on prevention strategies to optimize clients’ physical performance. In collaboration with fitness trainers and other professionals, the role involves providing personalized care to meet individual client needs. Additional responsibilities include educating clients on injury prevention techniques and maintaining detailed documentation of treatment plans and progress.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of injury assessment, rehabilitation techniques, and preventative care
- Skilled in developing tailored physical therapy programs and conducting sports-specific exercises
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients, collaborate with teams, and provide clear instructions
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed recommendations
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills for maintaining treatment records
- Proven ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including fitness coaches and healthcare professionals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Certification or license in physiotherapy; experience treating sports professionals is a plus
